Digital product policy
Serenty provides digital wellness content and product access. Because access can begin immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited once digital access has been granted or consumed.
Where required by law or where Serenty chooses to do so, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting help with a charge
If you believe you were charged in error, contact Serenty using the details on the Contact page before opening a payment dispute where possible. Include the email used for the purchase and a short explanation of the issue.
Serenty may request additional information to verify the purchase and review the request.
Payment processor timelines
If a refund is approved, the final timing for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, card network, or bank involved in the transaction.
Payment disputes, chargebacks, and reversals may also be handled in line with the policies of Dodo Payments or the applicable payment processor.
